Stephanie K. Decker, principal designerStephanie K. Decker, born in San Francisco, California, has been in the Interior Design industry for more than 20 years. In 1990 Stephanie got her California Real Estate license. Earning her Home Staging Expert designation in 2008 Stephanie combined her Interior Design experience with her real estate knowledge and created Staged Homes, LLC.
At Stephanie's direction Staged Marin Homes has been involved in successfully staging properties ranging from under a $1 million to over $5 million. Staged Homes, LLC has been listed on the top 100 Marin Agents list of home stagers placing it as one of the most successful and exciting new home staging companies serving Marin and San Francisco.
Stephanie has also written and spoken on the subject of Staging. She also writes a weekly blog, which provides insight and techniques on such topics as curb appeal, overcoming objections to staging, and many other useful tips.
